Care & Use:
- Wash with mild detergent before first use and dry thoroughly.
- Heat cookware gradually and keep gas flames from extending up the sides.
- Do not add cold liquid to a hot pan or place hot cookware in cold water.
- Clean with mild detergent only. Avoid harsh abrasives; soak in warm soapy water and use a non-scratch scourer.
- Use only wooden or plastic utensils
- Enamel surfaces do not require seasoning. Apply a light coat of vegetable oil to any non-enamelled rims periodically to protect from oxidation.
- Not suitable for dishwasher or microwave use.
- Oven safe up to 230c
