• Enamel Coated Cast Iron

Dimensions:

• Small: H16.5cm x W21cm x D29cm

Care & Use:

• Wash with mild detergent before first use and dry thoroughly.
• Heat cookware gradually and keep gas flames from extending up the sides.
• Do not add cold liquid to a hot pan or place hot cookware in cold water.
• Clean with mild detergent only. Avoid harsh abrasives; soak in warm soapy water and use a non-scratch scourer.
• Use only wooden or plastic utensils
• Enamel surfaces do not require seasoning. Apply a light coat of vegetable oil to any non-enamelled rims periodically to protect from oxidation.
• Not suitable for dishwasher or microwave use.
• Oven safe up to 230c
